Terms of Service

Creative Lift is a creative studio that designs, builds, and maintains digital experiences for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

Platform Care is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. By starting a subscription you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence and price you selected.

Pricing is shown on the Platform Care page. We may change pricing for future renewal terms with reasonable notice; current term pricing is not retroactively changed.

Cancellation, renewal, and refund details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Custom project engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work between you and Creative Lift. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the proposal or SOW controls for that engagement.

The Creative Lift name, brand, site design, original copy, and software are owned by Creative Lift. Project deliverables you commission are owned per the terms of your project agreement. Content you submit (logos, copy, images) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to deliver the services.

The services rely on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, and Lovable. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of those providers, but we will work in good faith to restore service.

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Lift and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the site or cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
