Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services we use to operate the site.

• Account information: name, email, and password when you create an account or subscribe.
• Project intake information: details you share through our estimate and project request forms.
• Payment information: billing details and subscription status. Payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• QuickBooks data (with your consent): customer names, email addresses, invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, balances, and recurring-transaction status when you authorize our QuickBooks integration.
• Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser metadata, and approximate location derived from IP address.

• To deliver the services, tools, and subscriptions you request.
• To process payments, send receipts, and manage subscription status.
• To respond to inquiries, send service updates, and provide support.
• To improve site performance, security, and content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share information with vendors that help us operate the site and our services. Today these include:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Lovable — site hosting and deployment.

Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

If you connect your QuickBooks Online company to Creative Lift, we use Intuit’s OAuth service to access a limited set of data needed to sync your client and invoice information with our platform. We read customer names, email addresses, invoice details, and recurring-transaction status. We do not store your QuickBooks login credentials, and we do not write changes back to QuickBooks unless you specifically request or authorize a write action.

You can disconnect the integration at any time from the QuickBooks integration page in your admin settings. Disconnecting stops future syncing but does not delete historical data already imported into Creative Lift.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We keep account, project, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

• Access, correct, or delete information in your account by signing in or contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential email by replying to any message or using the unsubscribe link.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database row-level security — to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspicious activity.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by emailing active subscribers.
